Digital Navigators
Contact a Digital Navigator for help connecting to the right resources! Digital Navigators are available by phone and email to help individuals access and use technology and the Internet. They provide support by helping individuals find and apply for affordable internet connectivity, obtain low-cost or free computers, get support with simple online tasks, and link to online digital literacy training.

You can also call 211, a free helpline operated by the United Way that can provide information on a wide variety of resources.
Free or Low-Cost Internet
PHLConnectED: Free Internet program provided through the City of Philadelphia and the School District for pre-k through 12th grade students. Call 211 to sign up!
Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP): Program from the federal government that offers up to $30/month discount on internet service for eligible households.
Comcast Internet Essentials and Internet Essentials Plus: Eligible households can sign up for Internet Essentials for $9.95/month plus tax or Internet Essentials Plus for $29.95/month plus tax. When paired with the Affordable Connectivity Program, these offerings can be free.
Philly Community Wireless: Working to connect homes around the Norris Square neighborhood of North Philadelphia to a free community wireless network.

In addition, many adult literacy providers offer classes as well. For more information, contact a MyPlace Campus and ask them for information about computer classes offered by their organization or other organizations in the MyPlace network.
